Appraisal Services for Forest Legacy Program NRF Tract 19 Panagiotes Conservation Restriction

The Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation seeks a qualified vendor to provide offsite appraisal services for 37.28 acres of forest land located off Locke Road in Ashby. The selected contractor must determine the before and after fair market value of a conservation restriction in compliance with UASFLA and USPAP standards. The final deliverables include an appraisal report incorporating the Review Appraiser's Task Assignment and a completed Appraisal Report Documentation Checklist. Only USA-based organizations with a current certified general real estate appraiser license in Massachusetts and proof of completing the 2016 Yellow Book UASFLA course are eligible. Bidders must disclose any prior work on the property. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Commbuys system by November 9 at 5:00 PM, and all questions are due by November 5 at 5:00 PM. DCR will evaluate responses based on price, ability to meet the 60-day timeframe, and appraisal qualifications.
