Hardware, Software, and Support Service for Weapons Detection Systems and Xray Bag Scanners

The government authority located in New York requires a vendor to provide leased hardware, software, and support services for up to five weapons detection systems and up to three X-ray baggage scanners, including all necessary accessories for full functionality. The selected vendor must also sell five handheld metal detector wands to the authority. Additionally, the vendor must supply required support for the leased equipment and software throughout the lease term, along with 24/7 technical customer support.
