The buyer is seeking a vendor to provide high energy pipe inspection and program management services onsite in San Antonio, Texas. The requested scope includes various Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) and equipment inspection services, such as visual, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, dimensional, ultrasonic, phased array, hardness, infrared thermography, borescope, eddy-current, and surface preparation inspections. Only US organizations (onshore) are eligible to bid. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 29, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by November 5, 2026.
