Napoleon Community Schools Structured Cabling Upgrade and Network Cabinet Replacement

The Jackson County Intermediate School District, on behalf of Napoleon Community Schools, requires a vendor to provide a structured cabling service. The selected vendor must install, test, and deliver a telecommunications distribution system, including upgrading internal network closet connections, replacing select network cabinets, and replacing multi-mode fiber optic cable with 24 CT armored single-mode fiber. Only USA-based vendors are eligible to bid. Vendors must possess an E-rate SPIN designation, maintain a current Service Provider Annual Certification Form 473 on file, and supply an on-site, full-time Project Manager/Foreman. A pre-bid meeting takes place on November 10, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by November 20, 2026. Bidders may submit proposals digitally online or via email.
