Marion County Web-Based SaaS Point-of-Sale System and Implementation Services

Marion County seeks a vendor to provide a secure, commercially available, fully developed web-based Software as a Solution (SaaS) Point-of-Sale system. The selected vendor must handle project management, data migration, system testing, access and training, implementation, ongoing maintenance, and technical support. The scope also includes system analysis, detailed functional specifications, and interface development across various security, governance, and operational areas. Only onshore US organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this offsite work. Applicants must submit all questions by November 3, 2026, and include a completed Cost Proposal Submission Form. The contract term spans three years.
