Festival and Marketplace Planning Project Service for Fall 2027 Tourism Initiatives

The buyer seeks a consultant to provide festival and marketplace planning project services for two complementary cultural tourism initiatives launching in Fall 2027. The selected vendor must develop a Pono Pledge integration, a unified website development plan, an economic impact framework, a transition package for event execution, a marketplace layout and operations plan, and a sponsorship strategy. These efforts aim to uplift communities, elevate local products, and align with regenerative tourism principles and County economic development priorities.
