City of Killeen Rosewood Drive and Aspen Drive Intersection Improvements Services

The City of Killeen is soliciting bids for the Rosewood Drive and Aspen Drive Intersection Improvements project. Required services include construction materials testing, miscellaneous construction items, barricades, signs, traffic handling, temporary sediment control fence installation and removal, pavement markings, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks, and removal of concrete sidewalks, ramps, or supports. Bidders must be USA-based and able to perform the work onsite in Killeen, Texas. All questions regarding Invitation for Bid #27-07 must be submitted electronically by November 3, 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically through the OpenGov procurement portal by November 12, 2026, at 2:00 pm. Applicants must complete the Bid Form, Vendor Questionnaire, Conflict of Interest Questionnaire (Form CIQ), provide at least three business references, submit broker and pending claims information, confirm compliance with insurance requirements, and agree to submit Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295) upon request. The contract duration is one year.
