Waukesha Public Library Children's Expansion Fundraising Feasibility Study Service

The Waukesha Public Library seeks a qualified firm or consultant to conduct a fundraising feasibility study for renovating and expanding its second-floor children's space. The selected vendor must evaluate the library's internal capacity, assess historical fundraising and financial health, conduct a community study, evaluate potential major donors, and produce a final report to determine the viability of a capital campaign.
