The City of Seguin is requesting sealed bids to establish an annual contract for the purchase and delivery of complete pole-mounted distribution capacitor banks. The scope covers furnishing and delivering 300 kVAR, 600 kVAR, and 900 kVAR rated capacitor banks—including controllers, switching equipment, control power transformers, mounting racks, and associated components—on an as-needed basis.
