Janitorial Services at VSP DIV 6 Salem Headquarters New Building

The Virginia Department of State Police seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial services at the VSP DIV 6 Salem Headquarters. Scope of work includes cleaning horizontal and vertical surfaces, floors, carpets, ceilings, restroom facilities, and chairs, as well as managing trash removal and maintaining paper supplies. Bidders must execute tasks without feather dusters or cleaning computer screens, and must ensure all areas remain free of dust, dirt, and spots. Only onshore USA bidders are eligible to compete for this award. Bidders must schedule and complete a mandatory site visit by appointment with First Sergeant Aaron S. Sookoor and submit the signed Certification of Site Visit form with their bid.
