RFI for Program Implementation, Messaging, Evaluation, and Translation Technical Assistance Services - Sources Sought

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's Division of Nutrition, Physical Activity, and Obesity needs a vendor to provide program implementation, messaging, evaluation, and translation technical assistance services. The contractor will supply technical subject matter expertise, project management, and qualified personnel to support physical activity, nutrition, and obesity prevention programs across state, local, Tribal, and community levels. Eligible bidders are restricted to onshore USA organizations. The contract work will occur offsite over a base period from September 15, 2027, to September 14, 2028, with two optional one-year extensions through September 14, 2030.
