Minnesota Mechanical Forestry Site Preparation Services Across Six Bid Groups

The Minnesota government authority requires mechanical forestry site preparation services across six bid groups covering approximately 465.9 acres. Performance of the offsite work involves using specified heavy equipment, including minimum Cat D7 dozers or equivalents equipped with KG blades or rock rakes, skid steers, and mulchers. Only onshore U.S. organizations are eligible to bid. Responders must complete and submit Attachment A Declarations, Attachment B Price Schedule (Sample Contract Exhibit D), Attachment D Additional Information, Attachment E Vendor Qualification Form, Attachment E Equipment Form, and Attachment G Workforce Declaration Page. Qualifying projects for Bid Groups C, D, E, and F require mechanical forestry site preparation substantial completion since May 1, 2021. Submissions missing required forms or pricing will be rejected.
