Specialty License Plate Artists Service — CITY OF HELENA

The City of Helena requires artists, graphic designers, illustrators, and creative teams to submit original design concepts for an Affordable Housing Specialty License Plate. The selected vendor must refine the chosen concept based on city feedback, incorporate required specialty license plate elements, make modifications to satisfy manufacturing requirements, prepare a final full-color design, and provide high-resolution reproduction files for print, web, and promotional use. All work will be performed offsite. Eligibility is limited to onshore U.S. organizations. Interested applicants must submit all questions no later than November 2, 2026. Proposals may be submitted digitally via email or online, and applicants must describe their proposed artwork title, design concept, color palette, and how the piece reflects Helena's identity and symbolism without including artist identification information on the artwork description page.
