Grant Administration Services for TxCDBG 2027-2028 Community Development Fund Application

The City of Mineral Wells is seeking proposals for grant administration services for the TxCDBG Application for the 2027-2028 Community Development Fund. The selected vendor must perform the offsite work starting by the end of normal working hours the next day for normal requests, or within four hours for emergency requests. Eligible applicants are restricted to onshore USA organizations authorized to do business in Texas. Applicants must hand deliver, mail, or courier one original electronic proposal in PDF format on a USB drive by November 30, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. Local Time to the City of Mineral Wells Public Works. All questions must be emailed to Howard Huffman by November 6, 2026. The contract selection is scheduled for December 11, 2026, with contract execution anticipated on January 5, 2027.
