Medical Director Qualification Proposals for the Union County Family Clinic

The County of Union is soliciting qualification proposals for a professional service contract to provide a full-time Medical Director for the Union County Family Clinic in Elizabeth, NJ. Scope duties include medical direction, staff supervision, quality assurance, medical record audits, and developing clinical practice guidelines and standing orders. The selected physician must provide clinical team leadership to nurses and staff onsite from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027. Eligible applicants are qualified physicians with a valid New Jersey MD/DO license, current DEA and CDS registrations, a valid driver's license, current immunization records, PPD, and required insurance. Applicants must also submit a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate and Affirmative Action evidence. Proposals will be evaluated based on the criteria outlined in the RFQ to determine the proposal most advantageous to the county, price and other factors considered. Proposers must submit one copy of their sealed Curriculum Vitae labeled "RFQ – Medical Director Union County Family Clinic 2027" to Carolyn Sullivan Kropp, Esq., Office of the County Counsel.
