The City of Maricopa is requesting competitive electronic proposals for employee benefits consulting services. The selected vendor will perform the work offsite and provide consulting across a range of city-provided benefits, including retirement plans, health, dental, vision, life, short-term disability, long-term disability, and work-site insurances for full-time employees and council members. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. Proposals must be emailed to [email protected], submitted as two separate electronic files: one containing the proposal without pricing and one for pricing only. Written inquiries must be submitted at least ten days prior to the proposal due date, and the City will answer timely submitted questions within five days of the due date. Compensation will be based on negotiated fees, and all pricing must remain fixed Not to Exceed (NTE) for the term of the contract. The successful contractor must provide a valid certificate of insurance prior to contract issuance.
