Graphics Design Services for the SCCTD Microtransit Flyer Program

Citizens for Modern Transit and the St. Clair County Transit District are seeking a graphic design firm to assist with promoting ridership for the SCCTD microtransit Flyer service in St. Clair County, Illinois. The selected consultant must deliver an updated service tagline, Flyer logo, program poster, transit ad, postcard mailer, two print advertisements adjusted to various sizes, and web graphics in PDF, PNG, and JPEG formats by January 15, 2027. Evaluators will initially score proposals based on qualifications, proposal quality, and relevant product samples, making the final award to the responsible firm providing the best value considering price and these criteria.
