Resident Fund Surety Bond Insurance Services for Kansas Veterans Facilities

The Kansas Office of Veterans Services is seeking competitive bid proposals from qualified insurance providers to furnish resident fund surety bond insurance services offsite. The scope requires separate policies executed on specified forms for the Kansas Soldiers' Home at Ft. Dodge in the aggregate amount of $500,000, and the Kansas Veterans' Home at Winfield in the aggregate amount of $400,000. The contract term runs for three years from April 1, 2027, through March 31, 2030. Eligible bidders must be USA-based entities acting as duly authorized representatives of a properly licensed insurance company in Kansas, with participating agents affiliated or appointed accordingly.
