The buyer requires offsite printing and copying services for a government authority located in College Station, TX. The scope encompasses end-to-end reproduction, printing, binding, graphic design, signage, promotional products, print proof reviews, and mailing solutions featuring address validation, hygiene, mail preparation, and postage coordination. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid. Every responding vendor must submit a completed State of Texas Subcontracting Plan to be considered responsive, regardless of whether they plan to subcontract or self-perform. The vendor must provide a proposal for the budget, and postage will be billed at actual cost.
