River Valley Regional Commission RFP for Health and Wellness Promotion Aging Services

The River Valley Regional Commission Area Agency on Aging seeks proposals from qualified offerors to provide offsite aging services, specifically health and wellness promotion services, in Columbus, Georgia. The selected sub-recipient will assist older adults and those with chronic diseases in achieving healthy, independent lives, support family caregivers, manage data collection and reporting, maintain client confidentiality, and provide local in-kind matching funds. Eligible applicants must be USA-based organizations licensed to operate a business in Georgia, with at least two years of experience providing the proposed service or four years of experience providing services for older adults. Applicants must complete and submit mandatory forms, including a Uniform Cost Methodology spreadsheet, Budget Narrative, assurances, and certifications. Proposals must be hand-delivered or mailed to the Area Agency on Aging by December 17, 2026, at 4:30 pm. An optional pre-bid offeror's conference will take place on November 9, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by November 20, 2026. Required insurance coverage includes Workers Compensation, Commercial General Liability, and Business Auto policies.
