Deputy Inspection, Materials Testing and Reporting Services

The City of Riverside is soliciting proposals for professional consultant services to provide comprehensive deputy inspection, material testing, and reporting services for the Riverside Police Headquarters Administration Building Project. Scope requirements include grading and compaction, structural steel observation and welding, fireproofing testing, and other related services throughout various phases of construction. The contract period will run for two years. To be eligible, bidding entities must be USA-based onshore organizations with a minimum of five years of experience, no bankruptcy in the last five years, and the required ICC certifications. Submissions require uploading narrative responses and Exhibit C cost proposals to PlanetBids, along with entering proposal prices under the Line Items Tab. All questions must be submitted before 2:00 PM PT on November 10, 2026, and final proposals are due before 2:00 PM PT on December 4, 2026.
