Calcasieu Parish Police Jury Request for Proposals for Professional Grant Management Services

The Calcasieu Parish Police Jury seeks qualified consultants to provide professional grant management and related services on an as-needed, task-order basis. The awarded vendor will deliver application development, program implementation, compliance, monitoring, and closeout services for federally funded hazard mitigation and disaster recovery projects. Scope duties include managing residential elevation, mitigation reconstruction, acquisition, demolition, relocation, floodproofing, wind retrofits, and evaluating mitigation opportunities. Prospective bidders must be onshore USA organizations capable of performing work offsite and providing qualified personnel with demonstrated experience. Submissions must include one original paper proposal, three copies, and one USB flash drive in PDF format to the Purchasing Department in Lake Charles, LA, or be submitted electronically. Paper responses must use the required proposal forms and include an authorized ink signature. Sealed proposals are due by 2:00 P.M. Central Time Zone on Wednesday, November 18, 2026. Questions regarding the documents or specifications must be submitted via email within seven days from the proposal opening. Selected contractors must comply with specified insurance requirements.
