Workers’ Compensation Third-Party Administration Services — BETWEEN THE CITY OF CHINO AND

The City of Chino is seeking a service-focused Third-Party Administrator to provide workers' compensation claims administration and related services. The selected vendor will manage all existing open and closed claims as well as all new claims. Responsibilities include providing claim management software with description, financial data, and ad hoc reporting capabilities, maintaining accessible claim files, guiding city employees through benefits, and identifying potential program abuse or fraud. Work will be performed offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. Interested vendors must submit all questions by November 10, 2026.
