Governmental Affairs and Lobbying Services for the City of Prattville

The City of Prattville, Alabama, seeks proposals from qualified individuals, governmental affairs firms, lobbying firms, and public policy consultants to provide professional governmental affairs and lobbying services. The selected consultant will monitor relevant legislation, advocate for the city's interests before state and federal bodies, identify state funding opportunities, and assist in maintaining strategic relationships with state and federal officials. Qualified US-based entities with significant experience in Alabama governmental affairs, municipal representation, and federal delegate relationships are eligible to submit proposals. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by email no later than November 17, 2026. Proposals are due by mail no later than November 22, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. The evaluation will select the proposer offering the best overall value based on qualifications, experience, proposed services, governmental relationships, demonstrated results, and cost. The initial contract term is for one calendar year beginning January 4, 2027, with proposers required to submit a detailed retainer compensation proposal.
