Atlantic County Temporary Licensed Registered Nurse Staffing Services

The County of Atlantic is seeking proposals from USA-based organizations to provide temporary licensed registered nurse staffing services on an as-needed basis. The contracted nursing services will support the county's long-term care facility and public health offices, with all work performed on-site in Atlantic, NJ. Vendors must submit proposals that describe their full scope of services, company history, credentials, and relevant experience with similar projects. Only online submissions via the Bid Express portal will be accepted, and paper bids will be rejected. Proposals must include a signed Letter of Transmittal, an experience statement, deviations from requirements, proof of business registration, an insurance certificate, and required certifications such as Affirmative Action, Non-Collusion, and Investment Activities in Iran forms. All written questions must be submitted directly through the Bid Express portal. Submitted proposal prices must remain firm for at least 60 days, and the county will evaluate submissions to award the contract based on price and other advantageous factors.
