Audio and Video Production Services for the 2027 War Bonnet Round Up Rodeo

The City of Idaho Falls Parks & Recreation Department requires a professional contractor to deliver comprehensive live audio and video production services for the 2027 War Bonnet Round Up rodeo. The scope includes setup, operation, troubleshooting, and removal of multi-camera live video production, LED video board operations, instant replays, sound reinforcement for approximately 5,000 spectators, microphone support, and timing system integration at Sandy Downs in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Only US organizations are eligible to submit proposals. Contractors must arrive by August 2, 2027, complete system testing by 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time the day before the first slack performance, and provide services through scheduled events ending August 6, 2027. All questions are due no later than November 9, 2026, and digital submissions can be sent via email or online. Proposals must detail a total lump-sum base price, an equipment list, staffing, production capabilities, experience, and at least three references. The City will evaluate proposals using a 100-point scale based on base price, relevant experience and past performance, equipment and staffing, and included enhancements.
