The WorkPlace Mobile Application and Digital Workforce Front Door Services

The WorkPlace is seeking proposals from qualified technology vendors to design, develop, implement, and support a mobile-first digital workforce front door experience across iOS, Android, and web. The selected vendor must provide a solution that organizes access around user needs, enables discovery of jobs, training, and events, facilitates communication via two-way text messaging and push notifications, and connects users to career counselors and appointment scheduling. Performance of the work will occur offsite at the vendor's office premises. Only USA-based organizations are eligible to bid, including technology companies, software developers, and digital agencies, with subcontractors permitted. Questions must be submitted in writing to Tom Long at [email protected] prior to the Bidder's Conference Call, which will be held on November 5, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Proposals are due by electronic PDF submission to [email protected] on November 13, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Proposals must include an itemized budget narrative using the provided Budget and Cost Proposal template, and submissions will be evaluated based on the proposed user experience, relevant experience and qualifications, and total cost of ownership.
