Oconee County Schools Request for Proposals for Network Switches and Installation

Oconee County Schools requires proposals for E-Rate-eligible network switch supplies, replacement, and installation services across district locations. The scope encompasses all necessary equipment, cabling, software, and installation services for switches at specified school MDF and IDF locations. Eligible applicants must be USA-based organizations holding a valid USAC-issued Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN), in good standing with the FCC and USAC, and compliant with Lowest Corresponding Price requirements. Proposals are due by Monday, November 30, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST via email to Tony McCullers at [email protected] or delivered offsite to the technology services office in Watkinsville, GA. Submissions must include complete itemized pricing with E-Rate eligibility percentages, a valid SPIN, FCC Form 470 reference, company references, a Certificate of Insurance, and an HB 87 Immigration Affidavit. Proposals will be evaluated based on Price (50%), Vendor Ability to Provide Equipment and Services (40%), and Vendor K-12 Experience and References (10%). Award notifications will occur by December 4, 2026.
