RFI for Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission Procurement Lifecycle Management Solution

The Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission (AGLC) is issuing this Request for Information to gather market details on procurement platforms and solutions supporting all or part of the procurement lifecycle. AGLC seeks an end-to-end solution that integrates with SAP and Microsoft 365, reduces reliance on disconnected systems, improves contract visibility and governance, supports supplier compliance, and enables future automation and AI adoption. Work performance will occur offsite. Only onshore Canadian organizations are eligible to participate. Respondents must submit questions via Bonfire by November 12, 2026, at 16:00:00 local time, and submit final electronic responses through Bonfire no later than November 26, 2026, at 14:00:00 local time. Submissions should include a completed Respondent Submission Form, a PDF response structured around Appendix B, and indicative pricing provided as a separate document.
