City of Stamford RFP for 24x7x365 Managed Cyber Security Services

The City of Stamford Technology Management Services and Stamford Public Schools are seeking proposals for Request for Proposal No. 2027.0157 to secure a qualified managed security services provider. The selected vendor must deliver a fully managed 24x7x365 Security Operations Center and complete cyber defense suite, including Managed Detection and Response (MDR), Extended Detection and Response (XDR), Managed SIEM, Network Access Control (NAC), dark web monitoring, and continuous vulnerability management. Performance of the work will be offsite. Eligibility is restricted to USA onshore organizations. All proposers must possess a Unique Entity ID, register with SAM.gov, and comply with 2 C.F.R. 200 requirements as federal funds will be used. Proposals must be submitted online via ProcureWare by December 3, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. Questions must be submitted through ProcureWare's Clarifications feature by November 19, 2026, at 11:59 P.M. Submissions will be evaluated based on experience, organizational background, committed staff, financial proposal, and fee structure.
