CHP Fresno Area Office Protective Clothing and Operational Supply Rental Services

The California Department of Highway Patrol requires protective clothing and operational supply rental services for the CHP Fresno Area Office. The selected contractor must perform weekly pickup of soiled items and delivery of clean, sanitized protective clothing, including items like jackets, towels, fender covers, shirts, and polo shirts. Additionally, the vendor must supply soiled item containers, replace floor mats in their exact original locations, inspect and repair damaged uniforms at no extra cost, and provide a weekly manifest. Work performance will take place onsite. Only onshore USA vendors are eligible to bid. Proposals can be submitted digitally via email or online, and all questions must be submitted no later than November 05, 2026. Bidders must submit legible rates using the provided Bid Form, with evaluation based on the lowest calculated total. The contract term is one year, and the offered rates must remain valid for 120 days.
