Family Visitation Services for New Mexico Children, Youth and Families Department

The New Mexico Children, Youth and Families Department seeks proposals for family visitation services across New Mexico. The selected vendor must provide supervised visitation, monitored safe exchanges, supportive parenting interventions, and supervised virtual visitation services for youth in state custody and their families in a safe, neutral environment. Only US onshore organizations are eligible to apply. Applicants must provide written policies regarding supervised visitation, concur with background check requirements, submit a current records retention policy, provide audited financial statements, and complete required transmittal and campaign disclosure forms. Evaluation points are based on experience, expertise, personnel qualifications, reference responses, and thoroughness, while mandatory specifications are evaluated on a pass/fail basis. Questions must be submitted by November 13, 2026, following a pre-bid meeting on November 10, 2026. Proposals are due electronically by December 1, 2026.
