Stop-Loss Insurance Service — San Patricio County

San Patricio County is requesting proposals to provide offsite stop-loss insurance services. The county requires responders to offer transparent compensation disclosures, agree that the county owns all claims and utilization data, and provide unrestricted access to raw claims files upon request. Only USA organizations (onshore) are eligible to bid. Questions must be submitted via the county's eBidding platform no later than five business days before the proposal closing date, or by November 12, 2026. Digital responses can be submitted online or through email. Proposals will be evaluated based on a point system consisting of cost (45 points), reference-based pricing experience (25 points), minimum or no lasers (15 points), tail coverage RBP claim disputes (10 points), and best rating (5 points).
