Ontario Health Provincial Medical Lead for Kidney Transplant and Sustainable Care

Ontario Health (Ontario Renal Network) seeks expressions of interest from qualified physicians for a Provincial Medical Lead for Access to Kidney Transplant and Sustainable Kidney Care. The selected individual will provide strategic leadership to the Ontario Renal system, offer expert advice on priority portfolios, build clinical partnerships, and develop quality metrics, policies, and work plans. Applicants must be onshore Canadian organizations and practicing nephrologists in Ontario (or physicians with applicable nephrology care experience) in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, possessing over 5 years of clinical experience and privileges at a Regional Renal Program hospital. Applications are evaluated against the required skills and experience for the position. The contract term is for two years with two optional one-year extensions, requiring a time commitment of one day (7.5 hours) per week.
