Prince George's County Janitorial and Custodial Services RFP

Prince George's County, Maryland is seeking prime offerors to provide comprehensive janitorial, custodial, and facility-hygiene services at county-owned and county-operated facilities. The requested scope includes dusting, cleaning and disinfecting restroom and holding-cell touch surfaces, empty and reline waste receptacles, restocking consumables, floor care, elevator cleaning, and trash and recycling removal. Offerors must also perform background checks and badging for assigned personnel. Only onshore USA organizations certified as County-Based Small Businesses (CBSBs) or County-Based Small Minority Business Enterprises (CBSMBEs) are eligible to bid as prime offerors. Proposals must include a supplier utilization plan detailing a mandatory fifteen percent County-Based Minority Business Enterprise (CBMBE) subcontracting requirement. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid site visit on November 19, 2026, is required to bid on a Building Group, with pre-registration required by November 12, 2026, for Correctional Complex access. All questions must be submitted digitally by November 24, 2026, and no hard copy submissions will be accepted.
