Town of Atlantic Beach Live Music Entertainment and Alcohol Rights for 2027 Bikefest

The Town of Atlantic Beach is seeking qualified entertainment vendors to plan, book, and deliver live music entertainment for the 2027 Atlantic Beach Bikefest. The selected vendor must coordinate headline and supporting acts, stage, sound, and related production. In exchange for exclusive entertainment and alcohol rights and the use of designated Town areas, the vendor will pay a contract fee to the Town, as the Town will not provide payment for these services. Work will be performed offsite in Atlantic Beach, South Carolina. Eligible proposers must be USA-based organizations with at least three years of experience booking or producing live music for public events. Vendors must demonstrate sufficient financial resources, pass a responsibility review, and possess the ability to obtain necessary state and local alcohol permits and required insurance. Sealed proposals containing one original, five physical copies, and an electronic copy via USB or email must be submitted by November 30, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. EST, alongside a separately sealed payment offer. Written questions are due by November 6, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Proposals are evaluated based on financial capacity and insurance (5%), experience and past performance (20%), and the payment offer (75%).
