Leander Geotechnical Investigation and Design Professional Services Pre-Qualification Pool

The City of Leander seeks Statements of Qualifications from qualified individuals, firms, corporations, or partnerships to establish a pool of pre-qualified vendors for geotechnical investigation and design services. Selected respondents will enter into a three-year professional services agreement and may be issued task orders on an as-needed basis for specific municipal projects. Applicants must be onshore US organizations licensed to provide professional services in Texas, featuring key staff with relevant experience, including a registered professional project manager with at least five years of experience. Responses must be organized per the city's specifications, contain required attachments, and be submitted through the city's online portal by December 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT. All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026. Submittals will be evaluated out of 100 total points based on relevant qualifications and experience (30 points), proposed staff (20 points), available resources and location (20 points), methodology and approach (20 points), and added value (10 points).
