Scope of work
- Provide litter collection labor services at Central Maui Landfill, Molokai Landfill, Lanai Landfill, and Hana Landfill
- Collect and bag plastics, paper, cardboard, green waste, and other trash found at and around landfills
- Provide a minimum crew of three (one Working Supervisor and two Laborers) for Central Maui Landfill
- Provide a minimum of one Laborer for Molokai Landfill, Lanai Landfill, and Hana Landfill
- Supply a reliable vehicle suitable for transporting crews and delivering litter at Central Maui Landfill
- Implement an OSHA compliant Safety Program and provide all OSHA compliant PPE and first aid supplies
- Provide adequate signage, cones, and safety equipment for workers along roadways
- Complete and submit Daily Litter Control Program report forms daily
