Scope of work
- Perform daily janitorial cleaning tasks five days per week
- Perform weekly cleaning tasks at every seven-day interval
- Perform monthly cleaning tasks within the first ten state business days of every thirty-day period
- Perform semi-annual cleaning tasks every six months
- Disinfect high touch non-porous surfaces using EPA-registered disinfectants
- Provide and stock required paper products, soap, and replacement dispensers
- Maintain daily logs, sign-in/sign-out sheets, and submit weekly personnel rosters
