Scope of work
- Provide services across three separate human services programs funded under Peer Grouping Grants

- Submit Final ROE 5 days after contract period
- Register agency programs with the County system

Minimum qualifications
- Substantive experience and expertise in making community connections to engage and address target populations
- Compliance with New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, et seq.)
- Compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Rules (N.J.A.C. 17:27-1.1, et seq.)
- Compliance with 18 U.S.C. 874, the Anti-Kickback Act
