Scope of work

Minimum qualifications
- Sober Living Provider applicants and residences used must hold a current Class F license in accordance with N.J.A.C. 5:27
- Broker Agency Provider placements may include Oxford Houses meeting required verification standards
- Business Registration Certificate pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 prior to award of contract
