Central Florida Tourism Oversight District Traffic Management System Maintenance and Emergency Repairs

The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District requires a contractor to provide inspections, planned maintenance, and emergency repairs for its traffic management system sites. The requested scope covers traffic signals, intelligent transportation systems, emergency and flasher signals, signs, and related equipment. Specific assignments will be executed through individual work authorizations. Eligible contractors must be onshore USA organizations with at least three consecutive years of traffic signal maintenance and repair experience. The contract runs for three years with an optional two-year extension. The District will evaluate proposals and award the contract to the qualified bidder with the lowest bid based on a weighted evaluation of four sample project scenarios using the submitted pricing.
