Cork City Council Event Stewarding, Security, and Crowd Management Framework Services

Cork City Council seeks contractors to provide event stewarding, event security, and event crowd management services for the annual St. Patrick's Day Parade and other civic or ad hoc events. The work will be carried out onsite in Ireland under an open procedure framework agreement that accommodates small and medium-sized enterprises. The framework agreement covers an estimated duration of three years, starting in 2027 with options to extend into 2028 and 2029, and carries an estimated maximum value of 500,000 Euro excluding VAT.
