Borough of Cresskill Grant Writer and Consultant Professional Services

The scope requires continuously tracking and seeking federal, state, and private funding sources, overseeing administrative services to satisfy grant requirements, and conducting needs assessments and planning to identify funding opportunities. Interested respondents must submit one original set and one copy on a flash drive to 67 Union Avenue by November 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., and the Borough will not accept submissions by email or facsimile. Submissions must include experience and qualifications, at least three municipal government references, cost proposals covering an annual retainer, affirmative action compliance evidence, applicable professional licenses, and proof of professional liability insurance of at least $1,000,000. Evaluation criteria include respondent experience and references as well as cost competitiveness for a one-year professional services contract.
