Economic Growth and Prosperity Consulting Services for Central New Mexico

The Bernalillo County Purchasing Section of the Procurement and Business Services Department is soliciting proposals for economic growth and prosperity consulting services. The selected offeror will provide regionally based efforts in Central New Mexico to nurture and facilitate economic growth and prosperity within Bernalillo County, with work performed offsite at the vendor's office premises. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will take place via MS Teams on November 4, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time. Offerors must submit sealed proposals electronically through the County's Bonfire eProcurement system by 4:00 p.m. local time on November 24, 2026. Submittals must include all required forms, attachments, and exhibits, and vendors should allow at least 24 hours to complete the upload.
