Lancaster County Hosted VOIP Phone System and Unified Communications Solution

Lancaster County seeks proposals to implement, support, and maintain a hosted Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) and unified communications solution featuring mandatory Microsoft Teams integration. The project scope includes desk and mobile calling, automated call handling, analytics, four-digit county dialing, new business-class desk phones, and evaluation of existing Yealink phones for potential reuse.
