Deferred Compensation Plan Evaluation and Advisory Services

The Coachella Valley Association of Governments seeks proposals from qualified independent consultants to evaluate its deferred compensation plan and provide related advisory services. Required scope activities include plan design, guidance, oversight, options and recommendations, and plan investments evaluation and monitoring to guide the chartered CVAG Deferred Compensation Working Group. Optional activities encompass incumbent provider negotiations, provider procurement, and implementation and transition support. Eligible proposers must be USA-based organizations with at least ten years of experience under a legally registered business name and hold all required professional licenses and registrations. Submissions must be sent via email to [email protected] with separate technical and fee proposal attachments by 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time on December 4, 2026. All questions must be submitted by email no later than November 19, 2026.
