The City of Long Beach seeks an electronic fare collection system supporting contactless payments, mobile ticketing, fare validation, ridership reporting, and integration with existing transit technology. The selected vendor must provide vehicle fare validators, credit and debit card payment processing, real-time back-office management software, and data export tools.
