Morongo Tribal TANF Program Job Skills and Technology Training Services

The Morongo Band of Mission Indians' Morongo Tribal TANF Program seeks qualified vendors to provide job preparation programs focused on job skills and technology training for eligible participants. Contractors will deliver courses both onsite and virtually at program offices in Banning and San Bernardino, California, across a contract term of one to three years with renewal options. Proposers must submit an overall program plan, qualifications, a cost proposal with line-item justifications, two professional references, and required attachments by November 30, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. PST via email, mail, or hand delivery. Questions are due by November 23, 2026. Proposals are evaluated based on fee reasonableness, compliance with delivery schedules, contractor qualifications, evaluation and reporting systems, and experience with Tribal TANF target populations.
