About this opportunity
AI summaryThe San Diego Association of Governments seeks on-call consulting services to support regional planning, environmental, and technical services across three categories: Transit Planning, Transportation Planning, and CEQA/NEPA and Specialized Services. The scope includes transit corridor studies, scheduling, traffic-calming research, microtransit studies, facility planning, infill housing assessments, and environmental consulting services assigned through negotiated task orders. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to submit proposals. The agency intends to award up to nine IDIQ contracts for a five-year term, with an aggregate capacity not to exceed $30,000,000. SANDAG will hold a virtual pre-proposal meeting on November 16, 2026, and all questions must be submitted via the vendor portal by November 17, 2026. Proposers must submit all proposal documents, required forms, a Subconsultant List, a Bidders List, and three non-SANDAG project references through the web-based vendor portal. The agency evaluates proposals for responsiveness, scoring references and potential past performance, and may penalize or disqualify proposals with errors or ambiguities.
